2 meals within an hour post workout is too much?

Right after my workout, I have 25g protein and 50g carbs (dextrose). When I come home, take shower and prepare food takes 30-45mins then have another solid meal which has around 35g protein 70g carbs. Basically steak, salmon or chicken with rice and veggie.
 
I do similar, after lifting i assemble n drink my protein shake in the gym.

go home shower n change and cook my dinner, by then about 30-45mins has elapsed.
 
Do you guys count the post workout shake calories into your daily calories intake? How many calories is optimal to take an hour before bed?
 
I have 25 gram shake immediately. about 1/2 hr later i have 1lb ground sirloin and 1cup brown rice and an apple.
