2:1:1 Recovery

2:1:1 Revoery from Optimum is the real deal. Been using it for two weeks and its awesome, taken immediately after workout it has protein, glycomaize and a ton of bcaaInvalid Link Removeds. Flavor is descent and price isn't bad either.

These companies need to come up with a 4:1 carbs to protein with a combo of waxy maize, dextrose or malto with whey and casein protein. They really need to catch up with science.. Gatorade makes accelerade which is 4:1 but you don't need all the added sodium. Maybe next year.......

How much sodium? Not always bad pwo...depending on content of course.

I loved the taste of 2:1:1, but only had a sample:

Just under 200mg with the powder and close to 300mg with the pre-mixed bottles.

Great for a athlete but Don't really think it's necessary for the average daily exerciser considering how high in sodium the average american diet is. Also the daily requirements of sodium can easily be exceeded every day. There's sodium in most protein powders as well. On the typical diet it's very hard to be deficient in sodium.

211 is quite tasty, but I am happy with my gold standard with a little extra glutamine

I'm a very big fan of this stuff as well! Considerate price, great taste... makes me fell all dandy after a hard workout, lol.
