Hello
Im looking for some feedback on my 1st Havoc cycle & pct

week 1 liver support
week 2 liver support
week 3 havoc 10mg day1 20mg rest of week cycle support 2 scoops aday
week 4 havok 30mg a day cycle support 2 scoops aday
week 5 havok 30mg a day cycle support 2 scoops aday
week 6 havok 30mg/40mg a day depending on how i fill cycle support 2 scoops aday
i have taurine for back pumps will add as needed
Pct
week 7 Post cycle support 4 caps a day liver support creatine
week 8 Post cycle support 4 caps a day liver support creatine
week 9 Post cycle support 4 caps a day liver support creatine Trione 1 cap a day
week 10 Post cycle support 4 caps a day liver support creatine Trione 2 caps a day
week 11 Trione 3 caps a day liver support creatine
week 12 Trione 4 caps a day liver support creatine
I have a serm on hand genox (Tamoxifen) if needed
Ive spent a long time reading up but as ive never done any ph befor (and after a while some posts start to contradict each other on pct)
So i thought it best to get it looked over

Looks pretty identical to the way I designed my cycle as well. I hope it goes well for ya:cheers:
 
I have never heard of Trione but if it is an AI like 6 oxo then make sure you ramp your dosages back down to prevent estro rebound.
 
Trione is the active aromatase inhibitor from 6-oxo. There are a lot of thoughts about AIs in pct. According to many, starting the AI a couple of weeks into pct is the way to go in order to avoid the possibility of the aromatase inhibitor causing more suppression.

I've talked to some guys that were fine with a pct of just POST Cycle Support, but I don't seen any problems with using the Trione the way it's listed above. Just make sure that you taper off of it as Marsh has stated.

Now, that I've said all of that...why not use your SERM since you have it? I'm guessing that you're saving it for a later cycle...maybe something a little more suppressive than Havoc maybe?
