!!!1st Damage Control Protocol Log!!!

Am I proving myself? I hope I am worthy! So far DCP is a miracle for me, and I am buying another bottle when this is out so that I can keep on going with this log. Nothing has worked this well for me, nothing. Can't wait to see how well it works as a fat burner when eating healthy!
 
Yes, your log is very good.

I'm going to check and see if Avant has any Rebirth left over. I know they are going to modify it slightly, but I think the feedback will still be valuable.

Wow I was extremely drunk last night. funny thing is I woke up this morning feeling great! Tomorrow I'll be on the scale to see how much damage, if any, I did over the last few days. I do know that my abs are more visible! Sorry about the drunken post last night guys. This christmas season has gone by much easier thanks to dsade and DCP, I usually get STRESSED a ton during this time!
 
Not in the last 5 days no. Tomorrow I will getting on my program and going for the cut, meaning no splurges, just clean eating and hard work. will be cool to see how well of a fat burner this is, or if it is only useful for controlling the damage.
 
Sorry guys, I just wanted to check in to say I have not been taking my DCP since my last post. I have been extremely ill, and I have a strong feeling it was the egg nog, possibly bad eggs or just the fact that they are raw in itself. I have been throwing up and feeling like complete **** the past several days. Soon as this clears up I am swithcing to eating right and working out hard. Again, I apologize for this.
 
Im curious too how well this stuff works on a cut/recomp or if its only good for damage control. we shall soon find out though, i just started my recomp today and my dcp should be here by sat.
 
There are numerous other logs with DCP for recomp in the supp review log section.They are having great results also!

Day 18:

Thanks guys! I appreciate the support very much. I am 100% again, and this time I am hitting it hard with my diet and exercise. I weighed myself today in the a.m. and I was 216.1 lbs. So that makes it just over 3 lbs that I have lost since starting DCP, and this was with eating whatever I wanted and no exercise whatsoever. Even though I was sick, I still ate, but healthy because I didn't want to get any sicker as the combo of alcohol, raw eggs, unhealthy food, and no exercise is probably what did me in. Soon as my girlfriend gets back from Florida I will post the before pictures and the after pictures so far (she took the camera with her). She will be back on Tuesday of next week, so I'll post them then. Sorry guys, no head shots, just body, gotta pay to see my sexy face! Dsade you can email me for the full shot though if you want ;) lol

Well, the first pic was taken on tuesday when my girl came home, and the second one was taken on my birthday, December 3rd. I started DCP about a week later. I have been more than satisfied with DCP so far.

Thanks guys! I know, it is insane I lost fat while eating like crap and not exercising! I knew I had lost fat, I mean I had been sweating my ass off, just never knew how much till I checked the pictures.
 
It is interesting........I don't really get the "sweats" like you describe. I don't randomly break out in sweats or sweat all day. maybe it doesn't affect me as much, i do sweat occasionally if i am drained and i feel my body going into the fat stores or sometimes around meals. but not like you describe.
 
Day 25:

Update guys!!! Since switching over to eating right and working out again, I have noticed less sweats, but I am also getting much leaner! I am down to 214.7 lbs now. My energy seems to have fallen off the charts now, most likely due to the fact that I have increased my energy expenditure while decreasing my food consumption. I do not mind though, as long as the fat is melting away, then this is worth it. This should have been the original Melting Point formula that wa supposed to be the closest thing to DNP.
 
eating 3000 calories now from all HEALTHY foods. its my ussuall 40/40/20 split. As for my workout routine, I am actualy following Charles Paloquine's German Volume Training routine which is basically supersetting certain muscle groups set into workout A and workout B, each routine twice a week. It works great for cutting.

10 lbs. so far, although I had a lot more sitting around to lose than you and I have been doing cardio like a mofo. If you wanna cut faster do some cardio, this stuff seems to make it a lot easier

Just weighed myself this morning and I am down to 211.2! I am dropping fat every time I look in the mirror it seems, and now that my diet and exercise is on key it's going by very easy.

Question though Dsade, will I look even leaner once I am finished, or does DCP not make you hold water?

Also, I am about 5 days left on my bottle and going to buy another one next week. Are you still getting those Metabolic Rebirths, and if so should I wait to start my next cycle of DCP with that or just keep on going?

Rebirth is delayed for a few weeks.

From what I see, there is some slight water retention that clears within 2 days or so...so your true results will be seen then.

No need for that at all...fatloss continues the whole time. If you have a certain event that you want to be in top shape for, then you will know to stop using DCP 2-3 days prior, but there is no need to cycle it or wait.
 
cool , then I'll pick up a new bottle today. Can't wait to combine it with Metabolic Rebirth, I'll be a completly different looking person!
 
I'm excited to play with Rebirth again, myself. It makes a big difference with the endo type, which I am.
 
also, d, i notice that i don't really get the "sweats" like a lot of others talk about. do you think it is not working for me or just don't get that "effect" Sunday will be another weigh-in so the scale will tell. just wondering about the sweats and if this rebirth stuff will enhance the effects.
 
Rebirth is for the endomorph type, it is an Avant product. Getting the sweats does not necessarily mean DCP is not working for you...wait until you check your bodyfat levels.
 
dsade or anyone for that mattter, can dcp be taken before bed? will it keep a person up? Im trying too figure out how too get my doses spread out. I forgot all about rebirth, i got two jugs of it sitting on my shelf. hmmmm
