Man I've been having some major stomach issues. I feel super bloated all the time and is very uncomfortable. It's been like this ALL WEEK. It feels like it could be gas but I haven't been gassy so I don't know wtf is the deal. And it's worse after I eat so I haven't been able to really eat like I should.

Well, really my diet hadschanged quite a bit over the last couple weeks. I can't eat as frequently due to time constraints at work so I eat more in one sitting and tend to eat more dense carbs to get calories in. But this week I haven't been eating as much because of the discomfort and it still hasn't changed.

You also upped the dbombs to 60, yeah?
 
Is it more of an intestinal problem or in the stomach? Besides what the others have mentioned there are also changes in sleep/schedule and stress level to consider.

I have considered that too. Stress has definitely been extremely high lately and sleep has been less than ideal. At any rate, I'm going to go ahead and stop the dbol. I've had a good run with it and don't need to push it any farther. I can say that I'm feeling much better this morning. Going to drink my coffee and see how it feels.
 
Hey man how are your bowels moving? Occasionally on cycle I will get backed up and it feels a lot like what you are describing. If you haven't had some good movements recently you might give some magnesium a try. Hit up 1000-1500mg a day and you should be rocking it out in a day or two. Plus magnesium is key for quality muscle contraction too.

Hey all... stomach pain has subsided and I was able to eat normally yesterday without issue. I weighed myself this morning and was 196.6 so down a little bit but not by much. So today I went in to the gym after having missed Friday and Monday. Between fighting a cold and my stomach being jacked up, I felt my body just needed some R&R. But I did feel AWESOME this morning! I'll put my workout up in a bit.

im sure the lack of dbold has helped too-you might have found your threshold at 60mgs/day.

Full body workouts are nice once in a while. I've been on a two day rotation, for the post part upper/lower, due to having less days to lift and the workouts have left me crawling out of the gym on lower body days and unable to open the door to get out of the gym on upper body days. Good luck...make us proud!

I'll do my best! I think it's safe to say that I'm in full blown test mode. I'm very anxious to get into the gym tomorrow! I'm going to DESTROY my legs! :-D

Definitive progress thus far. Also, not looking "wet" at all and that's a good thing. As far as the legs and not having the endurance... You gotta work 'em to make 'em work. I challenge you to do lying ham curls for three sets of 12 followed by 10x10 squats at 60% on your next leg day. Let me know how it works out.

Sitting here exhausted waiting for this headache to subside, but I DID it! Okay I didn't do the leg curls first mainly because I knew the 10 sets would be a challenge in and of itself. My first 4 sets were perfect form ass to grass and 60s rests. After that the rests got a little longer and depth got closer to parallel, but I was always at least that. About set 7 my legs were shaking through every rep and I started seeing black dots shooting around my field of vision. But fûck it, it took 30 mins to get through it all but I kept pushing and got that shît. Now I'm going to see if I can blow up the hams and calves!

My legs have almost given out on me a few times. The knees would just buckle and I had to catch myself. But yeah... I'm gonna be hurting, probably moreso the day after tomorrow because when I really work something hard, it always hurts worse the day after the next.

Take some video for us some time so that we can see the boss-lifts as they unfold. I mean videos in the gym, with clothes on! Jeez, this log is making me feel slightly uncomfortable. The homo:hetero ratio in here is a bit much. I don't know...maybe we should take a poll for clothes vs. no clothes?

Clean poles or logs or not, whatever. How are those legs feeling?

Still sore as fock! But I feel like conquering the 10x10s has put my frame of mind on a different level as far as what I believe I'm capable of doing. My workouts are going to have a lot more volume.
 
Great stuff. You shouldn't be to upset if you don't finish your workout, that was a fair amount of work you got done.

I felt good with what I did but I knew I could've done more and WANTED to. I'm trying to get all major muscle groups worked 3 times a week and should be able to do it with the 8x8s because as long as I keep the rests to 60s max it should only take 10 mins per exercise. I'm still going to emphasize one muscle group per workout like today was chest. Tomorrow is my day off which is usually an off day from the gym but I think I might have to go in at some point and tear some shît up.
