How is the knee and your hips feeling?

Knee feels loose and I'll be flossing it here shortly. Hips are feeling good.

This meet has triggered my old MMA instincts within me that have been dormant. I think it was the cut that was the catalyst here. I find myself seeking some isolation from speaking to others and my breathing pattern has changed. I have the same controlled rage that I had before a fight and I know that I have an unconscious scowl right now.

Good news/bad news: hit opener on squat, but scratched my other attempts. I didn't sit back enough and hyperflexed my lumbar.

I'm icing down my lumbar and took some Aleve. It feels like my right glute is tight and that's what caused it. The good news is that I did hit my opener and am still in the meet.
