Lol. Yeah, like most NFL players, he's a scumbag. Apparently his parents are nice, though. They moved just down the road from me. I trust them as neighbors, Ben can stay in the rich neighborhood.

Those are cool. This one is under the radar cool, I just have to be prepared to defend my manhood after I step out of it. Spend $23 in gas to drive from Pgh to Marysville, Ohio. That's how much I spent in gas to drive from my house to the gym in the Blazer.

I can't tell you how many spontaneous drinking binges (93 days sober, praise be to God) and/or golf rounds have begun by me calling my boss and saying "I got it comin out of both ends and it's all ****ed up colors, I can't come in today, but I think it's just a bug, I'll see you tomorrow. But I'm gonna be late tomorrow."

I used to be a horrible employee...
 
Tonight I 315 for two singles on squat, 225 for two singles on bench, and 315 for two singles in the deadlift. That and running around trying to teach 12 kids how to deadlift without rounding their lumbar spine and jerking on the bar got a great sweat going. The lift started at 5:30 and I got outta there at like 8. Tiring.

Then I had a Chipotle chicken salad with no beverage (last fluids were at 6pm) and shopped around for glycerin, gatorade, and water. Tomorrow I'm going to get a GDA from somewhere, that was the only shopping I didn't do.

Just got out of the tub from an hour long epsom salt soak. You're supposed to use two cups of epsom salts for the whole bath. I used the whole 3lb bag which equates to about 6 cups. Really pulls the water out and for some reason it really makes me feel weak after I do it.

I haven't been this dehydrated since I wrestled, but the point I'm sitting at now is probably about two days out from where I'd be for a match (so 6-8lbs from where I'd weigh in at). It makes me wonder how I did it for so many years.

If I had to guess (no scale in the hotel) I'd say I weigh about 219 ATM. With no way of knowing, I'll have to stick with no more consumption until I step on the scale. My guess is I'll be anywhere from 215 to 221 tomorrow morning. If I'm 215, I will be royally pissed off. Time to dip like my life depends on it, but that's definitely my favorite part of cutting weight. :-D
 
Here's where I was a month ago, this is about as lean as I have been since early 2012. Weight is 214. The second one is where I am now. Keep in mind, that's pre-bloat. Post-bloat should be pretty fun, huh?

Oh, man. Lots of people SAY they can eat, but I KNOW I can eat. It's going to be legendary. I plan on consuming around 7-10,000 kcals tomorrow, 20-odd grams of creatine monohydrate, three tablespoons of glycerin, a half gallon of gatorade, two gallons of water, and as much salt as my palate can handle.
 
Got to Lexen and had a nice chat with Danny Dague and the guys there. Had no idea what I weighed, so I got down all the way to my drawers and stepped on. Danny said "Hell, son. You're only 217." Damnit.

So I got to drinking my gatorade and water and slamming my creatine and glycerol and stuff, and now I'm at the Waffle House.

Lol, you live and learn. All of us have phucked up somewhere along the line. I never call off, but I never have a surplus of money to do so. Congrats on your sobriety tho man.

Thanks, bud. Just stopped at North Market and got a bag of these BOMB belgian waffles. Outta control good. Had the waffle house monster breakfast with my hash browns covered in everything. Probably a gallon of fluids so far, 2/3 of that being of the sport drink variety. I don't feel fully bloated yet, though. Thanks, Anabolic Pump!

I gotta start eating, I'm way ahead of schedule on fluids, my fingers are becoming more and more like kolbossi by the minute!

Haha I feel you on the SAYING you can eat. People always brag about this and that. I could smash 8000 calories a day every damn day and love it. My best friend always claims to be a "hardgainer" but will sit there and eat 2000 calories a day and act like he ate the world. One time after cutting weight for MMA I ate around 15,000 (this is no exaggeration) in the span of a few hours plus a boat load of liquid. Looking back it was a dumb idea haha but after half starving myself for a month I couldn't control myself
 
I once at 30,000 calories in a single sitting and didnt even have to poop after. It went straight to muscle too within the hour.
 
So. EFS. Awesome. Can't even use adjectives, because they don't do it justice. I got to tour the place where they keep the supplies. The T-shirt press was down, so I didn't get any shirts, but I got a short rumble roller and some arctic balm.

Got to tour the S4 compound! Hell yes. I was treated like a million bucks by everyone there, especially Rhonda. She took down my info to send me some shirts WITH FREE SHIPPING since I couldn't get any then and there. Oh, and while I was in her office, she said, "Here take some stuff from this box, I've been trying to get rid of it."

What did I get out of the box, you ask?

2M Heavy knee wraps
2.5M Super Heavy knee wraps
Spud Oly-style wrist straps
One Premium Band (not sure which one, it's small, but STIFF)

So yeah, EFS. They're more awesome than you guys could ever imagine.

I'm gonna be up in Michigan possibly next week, and I may very well make the trip out to EFS on the way back (completely out of the way) because of that.
 
Hell yeah, the girl that helped me was nice as well. Could have been the same one. I got a discount, but no free stuff bastard!
 
Yeah, it was so amazing. Pictures in a few. I tried out the super heavies. Not my style. I had to push into depth, and my descent was slow.

I should've taken a picture of his leg press with approximately forty bands rigged up to it. Such a beastly thing. I hit some Reverse Hypers today, too. They have one tucked in the corner. I had to do the variation where you rock it to get it started and swing through explosivey. It's definitely a beautiful machine that I wish I had. Different from the way I do them at home, for sure.

My squats felt like ass yesterday and the day before. They feel like money today.

3-for-3! Warmups went well, monolift wasn't hard to use, and I went 465, 505, 535! I'll start uploading 535 now.

465 was speedy, 505 was smooth, and 535 was a grind. When I unracked it, I thought "There's no way." But it went!
