12 week anadrol/teste question

I was planning on starting a cycle:
Test-e: 500mg, 1-12 weeks
Anadrol: 50mg, 1-4 weeks

Stats:
23yrs old
185lbs
8%BF
6'1

I've only done one cycle before this and it was with a OTC designer steroid (superdrol). I realize i am not HUGE, but im well built and have been lifting for a number of years now. I realize most people dont recommend anadrol for a first test cycle, but I really just want to do one solid cycle to get me over my plateaus, my diet and routine are solid so no problem there. For my PCT i will use a combination of clomid/nolva.

What do you guyz think, I would like some constructive criticism, to improve/change my cycle. I was originally going to use Superdrol (the original) instead of the anadrol but my friend told me anadrol would work better.

Also im concerned about the anadrol side effects, are they exaggerated? When i was doing research for superdrol people would exaggerate ridiculously =/.

If diet + routine are solid, then why are you just 185 at 6'1"? And if you just want to get over a plateau what makes you think that 12 weeks of 500mg testosterone alone won't do that?

i've never run adrol but i can't see it being any worse than dbol from what i've read and from what i've heard from people i know.....

i get that alot -_- and its cause i have pathetically terrible genetics senior year i was 135lbs(same height), personally i think gaining 40lbs of muscle and getting to 8% bodyfat w/o steroids is quite a accomplishment. I gained about 10 clean lbs on superdrol.

Well i also want to gain a bunch of mass as well as get over my plateau too =) Regardless is my cycle sound, is there anything i should know? Am i missing something? Am i too small to be doing test/anadrol..if so why?

Not really too small, but again look. If you've managed to gain 40lbs of muscle without over a couple of years even, why not just continue with that? Make some changes to what you are doing or how you are doing it so as to break the plateau. But sure its reasonable and as far as too small or not eh its really up to you. I'd just be willing to bet that you could make most of the gains a 12 week cycle like that will give you over the next 6-8 months naturally anyhow.

Where in hawaii are you btw?

Man...to be able to eat 24/7, train your ass off and not have to deal with the short and long term side effects of steroids would be my choice as well.

With those two compound you will bloat up, get strong, likely injure yourself (over enthusiasm) and end up losing half of it when the water subsides and your PCT is mediocre at best.

There is NO plateau that you are on at 23yo that cannot be overcome with training techniques and methods and a lot of food.

BTW - 8% bf is not a bf to be gaining weight with. Your body is fighting catabolism. 10-12% is much me benefitial.

I stay on the main island of oahu on the west side, its pretty chill here =)

Well I'm just tired of being small. For sure i understand the consequences of steroid usage but I'm willing to sacrifice to get to my goals in a smaller amount of time then i would have. I mean 6-8 months is a long time and dedicating every single day to getting huge can be tedious and since i have been doing it for such a long time i just want to be at the point where i don't have to worry about gaining anymore and just worry about maintaining.

I realize the difficulties of maintaining your gains and the unfortunate bloating that goes with it and i acknowledge those results. Are high dosages of a combo of clomid/nolva as a pct not adequate? If not what should i add to it, should i go with something like letro or a natty test booster?

My body naturally brings my body fat down to 8% =(, I understand that i can overcome this plateau by upping my cals changing my routine a little bit, but i really feel that im ready for steroids.

Kapolei? Wainanae?Im headed to Honolulu for vacation in late april. All you natives scoopd up the tickets for the kokua festival, im gonna have to try and pick some up off craigslist when i get there.

So heres the other problem. You understand that if youve plateaud weightwise, then its primarily an issue of caloric intake right? The problem that come into play is that even if steroids make your bodily functions more efficient while on, once you come back off your maintenance calories will be higher. Being more specific, if you gain 20lbs, you will probably need to jack your daily eating up another 1000+ calories. If you dont, you will just lose whatever gains you got. It might take a bit of time, but it will all go.

Ewa Beach brah, lolz tbh i've only been to the kokua festival once, but it was hella sick, garentees ull be able to get one off craigslist, people always just buy up all the tickets and then sell em for profit. When you come to hawaii u should get a place on the north shore, like garentee nicest part of the island.

Well when i said plateau, i was a exagerating a little, im more at a point where my gains are comming very slowly, i would normally be able to see gains every month but now its taking much longer. Its not my workout style i don't believe because i change my routine every couple weeks and i have been perodically upping my calories as well...

Obviously if you don't give the body the nutrients to grow or/and maintain itself, it wont grow i get that for sure.
