If I'm doing it that way, then I may be eating to little? I could be crushing my metabolism. 2000x1.6= 3200. So calculating a deficit from that I should be eating 2700 calories lol. Interesting. I'm so curious, I've crushed my metabolism way back when, but I didn't think at 2400 calories I could be doing that.

The 1.6 obviously coming from your activity, since I lift 4-6 days a week, that makes sense to me.

What do you think natty or anyone?

If your eating your bmr calories everyday, and NOT on steroids you would lose massive amounts of muscle. If i were to eat my bmr calories i would be eating 2057 calories a day; which is entirely to low. That would be a 1250 deficit from my TDEE which is around 3300 calories!

If you want a mild cut you could do TDEE minus 500.

At BMR calories I still lose primarily fat and preserve most of my muscle with an anabolic on board.

OP has to decide what his goals are, burning fat, bulking, or recomp.

If his goal is to cut, he should cut, and take advantage of steroids' ability to maintain muscle mass even at an extreme caloric deficit.

Yes my goal is to cut. Hence why I was eating 2400. Since I am on anabolics, should I drop to bmr calories? Or maybe a little over my bmr? And then don't do cardio so I don't dip into a huge deficit.
 
Personally I'd keep calories at BMR and do no cardio. If you want to burn additional fat lower your rest intervals or do abs during them.

A lot of people tend to lose sight of the big picture when they use steroids. They get caught up in the alpha feeling and boost their doses and calories to get "sick gains" or w/e. Steroids are a tool to accomplish a task. On a cut they prevent muscle loss and may even let you put on a bit of lbm with a big deficit. On a recomp they'll lean you out and put on significant lbm with negligible weight increases. On a bulk they'll put on good mass if you keep things under control.

What they aren't is magic. If you eat like sht you'll get sht results no matter what you're on. Best way to use them is to figure out what you want, make a plan, and stick to it. In general bodybuilders like to tinker and in general I think it hurts progress.

Thanks for the input. I'll try it out and see whee I can get with it! True. I mean the alpha feeling is nice but I'm here to shred up, so that's the plan. I'll try it out eating 2100 kcal and report back. It's all about experimenting.

I also agree. I don't eat like ****. I eat well. But people always tell me their bs iifym crap and wonder why they look like ass eating cake and ice cream.
 
I think the best balance is to find healthy foods you like to eat and generally stick with it, eating clean about 90% of the time. There's a good article on t-nation about this lately.

That's a good read. For sure, I'm not new to dieting or anything but I am new to cutting with hormones. I've always used them for bulking. So I'm going to give the eating at bmr a go and see how it works. I'm not afraid to lose a little muscle but with these drugs I should be fine and not lose much , or any if that.
 
So looking into it. I used another calculator that said my bmr/total calories burned is 2800 a day. Jesus why the hell is this confusing or am I confusing myself?
 
It's not. If you're ~200 lb it's around 2100-2200.

Yeah I typically cut on 2300. 55% protein 25% carbs 20% fat with all carbs in AM or pre/intra/post workout.

Pretty good. Just hitting 2 pumps a day, drying out Nicley and My vascularity is Awsome! I'm liking it. I absorb it very well to.

Awesome! Some of the supps i plan on using for my next bulk is Alphamax, ABE, Arabol, and maybe formeron! Should be an epic bulk!

Arabol? What is that? Sounds interesting. aBe is Awsome btw. I recomped with it a while ago and had great results. Should be epic!

Hey Natty... just wanted to give you a friendly work of advice :)

I think running Alphamax which has Aristimistane with Formeron which has Formestane is overkill.
Especially on a Natty stack like you're planning. Its too much AI. Your going to kill your estrogen levels.
Unless you plan on running one of them on cycle and the other post cycle.

Yea im aware man. I want to obliterate my estrogen! ;) Jk, jk! Them supps are gonna be used over a course of 16-20 weeks, not all at once! I will be staggering and bridging them!
 
I think your choice of orals was more of an issue than your method of administration. Injectables aren't the end all/be all. I will never run a pin cycle without oral kicker/finisher.
 
There is, but unless you're buying pharma and getting it from the pharmacy (the only type of gear I'll pin) you have no idea what you're using. Most commercial DS have a lot more ppl using it than a ugl, thus a bit more anecdotal evidence about effectiveness.

Also most "DS" are just AAS that weren't ever commercialized and were equally studied by vida et al.
