Just depends on your goals. Charles poulquin recommends BMR calories during a cut. If you're gaining weight it's unlikely you're eating too little.
If I'm doing it that way, then I may be eating to little? I could be crushing my metabolism. 2000x1.6= 3200. So calculating a deficit from that I should be eating 2700 calories lol. Interesting. I'm so curious, I've crushed my metabolism way back when, but I didn't think at 2400 calories I could be doing that.
The 1.6 obviously coming from your activity, since I lift 4-6 days a week, that makes sense to me.
What do you think natty or anyone?
