A few people have said this, me personally when Im on 4 or more DTH a day, I have to shave like every day (when I normally shave like every 3 days) and I got these log black hairs that shoot out my upper back and delts, not a lot just just 6 or 7 total but they are long.

Swell - I have been drinking the swell during my workout, and I feel that it is more effective for me this way. I feel more endurance throughout my sets by having a constant intake of this supplement as opposed to taking it in all at once. Does anybody else respond like this? I also mix it with my creatine and a scoop of poseidon so the taste is gone pretty much.
Bad days happen. But it takes motivation to get in the gym and do what you have to, so good job!
I have lost 10lbs. I can notice some striations in my shoulders and more definition where my delts and chest connect. Also I do have more seperation im my quads.

Today was just cardio. I boosted my time up to 50min on the treadmill now. And next will jump to 1 hour (and cap it at that). I am taking 3/3/3 on my off days for DTH, and no R4W today. Tomorrow is chest.

R4W is a preworkout supp with test boosting properties and DTHC is an all out test boosting monster! There actually designed to be synergestic with one another. A lot of logs going on with theis stack too.

Yea it is definatly not the most fun thing out there, doing cardio for an hour. But it has to be done haha, it will all be worth it in the end!
Log looks like its going great man. Glad you love the swell and i personally think everyone needs to try a beta alanine product some time because they are extremely effective and versatile.
Awesome update! DTH is a great, great product!Today was a great workout. I have gained more strength, and leaned down. Also I hit a personal high today for flat bench! I am on my last bottle of DTH and am very happy with how it has been going.
DTH - I have been sticking with 3/4/2 on workout days, and 3/3/3 on off days. I have been having very very intense pumps with this dose, and my recovery is umreal. The aggression is also elevated, but I still am a low key guy. I have no sides other than what I mentioned. Strength increases are pretty much an every week thing. I really like this product.
R4W - i am still taking my 3 R4W preworkout. The focus seems greater now with the higher DTH dose, I dont know if this is a mental thing or what, but I can tell the difference. No jitters and great clean energy. No sides

Standing Cable Flyes - 4sets of 12 with 30lbs
Standing Upward Flyes - 4sets of 20lbs
Skull Crushers - 4sets 70/12 80/10 80/8 100/6 ----> My triceps felt shot after my chest workout so I went kind of easy on them, but still got a crazy pump
Cable Kickback - 4sets of 12 with 15lbs
Treadmill for 60min
I was VERY happy with todays workout. I really am siked about the new personal best, and my weight is down to 241. I hope to be down to around 225 by june! Tomorrow is legs.
