A few people have said this, me personally when Im on 4 or more DTH a day, I have to shave like every day (when I normally shave like every 3 days) and I got these log black hairs that shoot out my upper back and delts, not a lot just just 6 or 7 total but they are long.

That is exactly what is going on with me, there are only a few of them but they seem to grow overnight lol. Small price to pay for this product though. Really top notch stuff.
 
Nice work man. I've been following along. I'm on day 4 of DTH and I've been taking R4W for a little over a month. I can't imagine a workout without my R4W anymore..........

I had the same thing across my upper back. I shaved them and the growth subsided after I stopped DTH.

Facial hair grew faster too. Like 5'oclock shadow at 3'oclock.
 
Day 28

I want to start off today by saying I am AMAZED with my strength gains this week. I will say I changed my diet to make it virtually perfect, and I switched how I take my creatine (I sip throughout workout and leave 1/3 for the end and then chug it). With that aside I made SUBSTANTIAL gains in leg strength from last week to the present. I am SIKED to say the least.

DTH - I really like the 2/3/1 dose of the DTH on workout days. The 3 tabs prior to workout (40-50 min) makes a noticable difference in the pump intensity. I feel very aggressive this week, more than the past weeks. I am very intense during my workout, and my muscles are completely full ( I really don't think there is any more room for ANYTHING in the tissue). I also have been feeling a deep seperation effect in my isolation movements especially leg extentions. LOVING THIS!

R4W - I still am amazed at how clean the energy is. I take 3 caps 40-50 minutes prior to workout, and I am so focused its great. No jitters, no crash, and the minc muscle connection is great. I feel every contraction to the fullest I am so in touch with the fibers. No sides from this product. The best preworkout supplement I have ever taken, period.

Swell - I have been drinking the swell during my workout, and I feel that it is more effective for me this way. I feel more endurance throughout my sets by having a constant intake of this supplement as opposed to taking it in all at once. Does anybody else respond like this? I also mix it with my creatine and a scoop of poseidon so the taste is gone pretty much.

Leg Extensions - 4sets of 12 with 85lbs (3 second hold at peak contraction)----> Great seperation in my quad with this!!

Leg Curl - 4sets of 75 with 3 second hold at peak contraction.

Today was a phenomonal workout. I felt so strong and extremely powerfull. I felt like my head was going to pop off on the squats but I just kept pushing through. My intensity and mentality to overcome has greatly intensified (and I am normally an intense person). So far I am completely satisfied with these products and cant wait for the upcoming weeks.
 
Day 29

Just cardio today, no sides to comment on. Did not take the R4W, and dosed the DTH at 2/2/2 today. Tomorrow is shoulders.

I actually do about the same thing. I mix 2 scoops of Poseidon and 1 serving of Swell in a 32oz bottle of Aquafina. I drink about 1/3 of it before I work out and the rest of it throughout. I notice the difference in the vaso before the first set and then really notice the pump as I go. I take it everyday so the endurance just seems to be normal now. 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening is just the norm.
 
Day 30

Today was just BLAH. It was one of those days that everybody dreads to encounter. I was just dragging. I felt like I had nothing to give. It sucked horribly, and on back day to top it off.

DTH - Took a 2/3/1 dose today. I popped the 3 tabs about 45 minutes prior to workout. I had a minimal pump today (thats being generous). I felt like I was lagging. Strength felt like it wasn't there today, and my intensity wasn't anything to speak of. I did still have the alpha male mentality going on, but that is pretty much a constant thing at this point. No sides to speak of.

R4W - Took 3 R4W with my DTH. I was energized, but not like I normally am. I really didn't have the focus, and sweating was down from normal. Still no jitters or crash.

Swell - I really am enjoying this product more than ever now. For me sipping on it throughout my workout seems to be the best. Almost like I can suck it up like a sponge. Noticable more endurance this week also. No sides, (if you want the Niacin Flush add a scoop of poseidon to it).

Today was just one of those days. So far in the past overall I am VERY pleased with this stack. Today was just one of those days that we all experience every once in a while. It was the first bad workout since I have started this stack. But like I said, it was just one of those days . . . FORTUNATLY MONDAY IS ANOTHER DAY :twisted:
 
No training this weekend. I felt very energetic however. I was pretty outgoing, and attacked everything I encountered head on and with everything I had. Very mental day on the ambulance also, high stress all day and I was taking all of it and loving it. I took noticably took control of every emergency situation and ran it without hesitation. The alpha male mentality was very strong. From tomorrow on I am going to be bumping my cardio up also.
 
Day 33

I am glad I got the bad workout out of my system. Today I was right back on track. I kept good with my diet over the weekend. I hit chest today. Very good pump, strength gain with dumbbells but not barbell (kind of weird since dumbbell was second).

DTH - Today I still kept the dose at 2/3/1. I am going to play with the dose and up it one more time. Tomorrow I am going to take 3/4/1, and next week try a 2/4/1 dose. Today was another top notch workout. Great pumps, good recovery between wets, and intensity was right on. Oily skin has subsided, and I have not experienced any breakouts. No other sides.

R4W - Popped 3 R4W 40 minutes prior to working out. Good focus and constant energy. The sweating is still pretty intense but like I have said before, it makes my muscles feel very loose. No crash or jitters.

Swell - I am really enjoying this product right now. Something as simple as changing the time of intake helped alot. I feel like I am absorbing the product much more efficiently. My endurance has spiked in the past week. No sides with this product.

Today was a good workout. I have increased strength. I also am down 4lbs as of this morning. So my goal of losing weight as gaining strength and muscle is working. I also just ordered 2 more bottles of DTH that will carry me out to the end of my stack. I am going to continue my diet, so look for some big numbers to come in the near future. Tomorrow is legs. . . .
 
I just got my email from NP, my items were shipped today and I will be getting them the 13th. I ordered them yesterday, NP is top notch!
 
Day 34

Today was a killer leg workout. Intense sweating, crazy pump, and the muscle stamina was nuts. Very pleased with today's workout.

DTH - 3/3/1 today for the DTH. I felt like I noticed a slight increase in muscular pump, but it could have been mental. I will have to see how the rest of the week plays out. Still impressed with the mentallity and the drive to just get things done no matter what. The oily skin has not come back and no breakouts. No other sides.

R4W - I am going to keep my dose at 3 as I have been since week one. Excelent focus, and I feel a pretty intense thermogenic feel. No jitters and no crash. Also by only taking this product on days that I am working out does not allow me to build a tolerance to it.

Swell - The swell seems to be delivering increased endurance, both muscular and cardiovascular. I am glad that I have started to drink this during my workout. I have noticed a better effect by doing this. No sides from this product. I still do wish that it had a higher concentration of poseidon in it.

Today was a very intense workout. Sweating like a mad man throughout. I felt very poserfull, and I was able to push my limits with every rep. I had the feeling of failure but I was able to push on no matter what. Feeling back in the swing of things. Tomorrow is an off day, I will just be doing cardio.
 
I have lost 10lbs. I can notice some striations in my shoulders and more definition where my delts and chest connect. Also I do have more seperation im my quads.
 
Day 35

Today was a hell of a workout. Crazy pumps and increased strength. I could see more definition and striations during my workout. I was more than pleased with todays gains.

DTH - Today was the first day that I tried the 3/4/2 dose. I am going to see how it goes. Let me tell you, it was a good first day. I just got my 2 new bottles of DTH today so I am set for the rest of the stack. I had great pumps today, awesome intensity and alpha male mentality. I am siked to see how the rest of this stack goes.

R4W - I am without a doubt staying at 3 preworkout. Great feeling during my workout. Very focused, and I want to keep going exercise after exercise. Taking shorter rests also. I am hooked on the R4W, great preworkout supplement.

Swell - My endurance seems to be climbing everyday. 40minutes on the treadmill today and I wasn't even really breathing hard. Everything seems to be getting easier, and my HR is lower at higher intensity. I am glad I started to take this during my workout instead of preworkout. No sides.

**Great workout today, I really am amazed at the difference by taking 4 DTH preworkout as opposed to 3. I am also anxious to see how I feel in the morning by taking 2 before sleep, instead of just 1. Tomorrow is back and biceps**
 
Day 36

Today was great. I am in disbelief at the difference in intensity and pump by upping my dose 3 tabs. I went up in strength again today, and my intensity was crazy.

DTH - I am taking 3/4/2 for my DTH, my intake of 4 tabs is 40 minutes prior to workout. All that I have to say is things are getting crazy and this is just the second day that I boosted the dose. I am going to keep it at this for the rest of the stack. The pump is insane, and I can feel the muscle fibers getting crushed. My intensity is crazy, and the alpha male mentality keeps growing. I actually was getting upset with my friend that I work out with because he wasn't getting his sets in quick enough and I was fired up to get mine in, ha-ha. I am going to drop my dose to 3/2/2 on non-workout days. No sides so far with the higher dose. Excited for the upcoming weeks.

R4W - Just started my second bottle of R4W today. Still keeping my dose at 3 40min prior to workout. I was sweating up a storm during my deadlifts today, great thermogenic feeling. No jitters, just clean energy. No crash.

I am extremely happy with the outcome so far of upping the dose of the DTH. Also overall I am down 10lbs, and have GAINED strength or maintained it (no loss in strength!). I also have noticed deeper seperation in my legs and upper chest. I am really looking forward to the upcoming weeks!! Stay tuned for some sick gains! I will be off this weekend, and doing cardio 1 out of the 2 days.

Today was just cardio. I boosted my time up to 50min on the treadmill now. And next will jump to 1 hour (and cap it at that). I am taking 3/3/3 on my off days for DTH, and no R4W today. Tomorrow is chest.

I haven't done a full hour session since last summer (and 27lbs ago) Good to see you're still going strong at Day 38. Keep it up, your cardio is getting up there.
 
Yea it is definatly not the most fun thing out there, doing cardio for an hour. But it has to be done haha, it will all be worth it in the end!

R4W is a preworkout supp with test boosting properties and DTHC is an all out test boosting monster! There actually designed to be synergestic with one another. A lot of logs going on with theis stack too.

HemodrauliX is completely different than R4W. You can use all 3, but I would advise you to pick 2. It's in your court - just depends on what you want.

To be fair to J, maybe you should start a new thread for your questions. I don't want to clutter up his log.

Day 40

Today was the best leg workout since I started this stack. I am loving the 4 DTH preworkout. The intensity is mind blowing and the pumps are nuts.

DTH - Today I dosed my DTH at 3/4/2, I am going to be doing that on all workout days. Non-workout days are a 3/3/3 dose. Today was nuts. I was stronger, and alot more full feeling. My pumps were maxed out, and my intensity was incredible. I have had no sides with boosting the dose again. Libido is still high, slightly oily skin as before but no breakouts. Awesome!

R4W - My dose with R4W is 3 caps preworkout. This is where I am staying with it as I have been. The focus is great, mind muscle connection is very good. I sweat up a storm, and I have a very good thermogenic feeling going throughout the whole workout. I have been taking shorter rests also. No crash or jitters, no sides.

Swell - It took me a little bit of playing around to get this to work just right for me, but now it is on. I drink it during my workout and I absorb it like a damn sponge ha-ha. My stamina is through the roof, and I can bang out the extra few reps at the end of the set. I still am adding a scoop of poseidon to the swell. No sides with this product.

Today was a crazy workout. I was fired up though the entire thing, and I was getting anxious in between sets. I almost have to stop myself from taking to short of rests. Todays workout kicked my @$$ but I was siked afterwards. Tomorrow is an off day I am just going to do 50min of cardio.

Today I just did 50minutes on the treadmill. Tomorrow I am going to be doing shoulders. I will update after my workout.
 
Day 42

Today was a killer shoulder workout. Up in strength from last week. Very intense pumps. Good mentallity and aggression. Good recovery between sets.

DTH - I really like the 3/4/2 dose of the DTH. I feel more full in the morning when I wake up. I have noticed that I am not as light in the morning as I am with just 1. So there is a positive effect. Also the pumps with 4 preworkout is awesome. I can just feel my muscle engorged with blood, it really feels awesome. My intensity has climbed since I started with 9 a day also. My alpha male mentallity is greater. My libido is still sky high, no breakouts and the oily skin has gone away. With 9 DTH a day I have had to up my H2O intake, but that was obviously going to have to be done. No sides.


R4W - 3 R4W 40-50 minutes prior to workout, and I am ready to go. I am impressed that I have not built a tolerence to this at all. I feel that only taking it 4 days a week (workout days) has helped this not happen. There is a great mind muscle connection going on and I still have yet to crash with this stuff. No jitters either. This is the best preworkout supplement I have taken so far!


Swell - Before starting this stack I have never taken a beta-alanine supplement. I really feel that this is a big factor in my success so far. I also think that it is one of those supplements that gets overlooked. Since taking this during my workout instead of before I feel like I have more muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The DTH obviously is adding strength, but my muscle fibers go longer without twitching and I think the Swell has a big part in that. I really am enjoying this product. My only complaint is that the Poseidon complex concentration in it is kind of low. No sides.

Day 43

I know I probably sound repeatitive saying that I really like this stack, but it is very true. Today was another excelent workout. I went up in weight from last week, and I am down in body weight. It is nuts how much strength I am gaining while I am losing weight. Good diet and good supplement stack = awesome gains.

DTH - The effects of 9 DTH are awesome. My pumps are more intenst, my recovery is better, and my strength is climbing every week. I am very happy with this product. A couple of small pimples on my back, but nothing else. Very minimum sides. I am going to be dosing 3/3/3 on my off days.

R4W - 3 R4W is my sweet spot. Intense sweating, great focus. High motivation to get sets done, and mind muscle connection is good. No sides.

Great workout today. I went up in almost all exercises, and I can definatly tell I am leaning out. I will weight in again sometime next week. I can't wait to see how the rest of this stack goes. I am off tomorrow and sunday, I will do cardio 1 of the 2 days.
 
Log looks like its going great man. Glad you love the swell and i personally think everyone needs to try a beta alanine product some time because they are extremely effective and versatile.

Its also not that expensive, actually closer to the cheap side in price when you compare it to Cit. Malate..

The new NOS ETHER will have BA in it.
 
Hey everyone, I have been realy busy this past week with class and the holiday. I havent been able to update. I have lost another pound and my doses are starying the same as they were. I just started my last bottle of DTH. I will update on monday after my workout.

I enjoyed reading your progress, JBono. The way you break the supplements up and detailed each one made it very easy to follow.
