10 days off then DOMS from Hell

I had to take about 10 days off my lifting program due to migraine and throwing out my back. After doing my regular routine again I've got vicious DOMS, whereas prior I really had little by way of post workout pain, ever.

Do we really decondition this quickly or do I need to be looking at something else?

I don't have an answer for you, but I can attest to having the same issue myself. Take a small break, and the DOMS returns with a vengeance!

Well, at least it seems normal. B)

Next routine was fine.
