1,4ad transdermal

pardon my ignorance on this prohormone but i have a question. this is one of the best nonmethyl prohormones as far as actually making it into the blood stream correct. so would it be a good idea to use it transdermally. i loved the m14ad and i was curious about this because i am trying to stay away from the orals nowadays. i apologize in advance if this has been answered before but i could not find it. if someone has a link that would be good.
 
As I understand it, taking the non methyl 1,4 transdermally would be less effective than oral use. 1,4 is the most orally avaliable PH, you would be paying more for the dermal carrier to get less effect than just swallowing the powder or caps.
 
I believe it has around 45% conversion orally, where as the best trans (t-gel) is at best guess around 30%.
 
That's odd because someone on here said he likes putting this into a transdermal (can't remember exactly what the posting said).
 
Maybe my concentration was too high, but 10grams *should* go into a bottle of TGel, but it didn't...this is after FOUR hotwater baths (above 200 degrees) and vigorous shaking.

I'm curious to know if anyone has gotten 10grams of 4AD in the TGel, and how they did it if they did. I think the limit for 4AD and 1,4AD is around 7-8gms.
 
Were you able to dissolve a smaller amount of 1,4ad, say 5g, before adding the rest? Or did you just plop it all in at once?

I have after bathing, and shaking with ball berrings. (sp)
 
Just a random note here---about 2 years ago I ran a test for Mike at Bulk Nutrition on a new dermal. He would not tell anyone what it was at the time, but it turns out it was a topical 1,4diol. I used it by itself for 4 weeks, and saw some very nice, lean gains, and very nice body comp changes. Obviously, he never brought this to market as the cost was too high (I think he told me I tested a bottle with 12 grams). But I guess my point is it is possible.

Yes, I have gotten 10 grams of 4Ad into 4ozs. of T-Gel without gritty seperation afterwards. How? By not using the inferior hot water method, by using a transfer of the T-Gel contents into a Pyrex baking cup, oven preheating to 225 degrees, adding a little powder , stirring the Shiiite out of it, adding a little more, etc. over an hour of oven shake and bake.

The residue I have left in the baking cup I use for the first two to three days of dermal application, I "lick" the bowl clean, waste nothing.

The problem with the Hot water water method is that the entire contents of a bottle is maybe at ~170 degrees, assuming the operator soaks it for a long time, most people will leave the bottle in hot water for 20 minutes, the edges are hot, the interior cool, it becomes the equation of 225 degrees X 60mins with the oven cup method mins versus about 170 degrees X 20mins with the hot water method.

Custom - By some chance do you remember the dosing? I was thinking of trying the same thing.
 
Not exactly; I think I was doing maybe 8 quirts twice daily from the old rectangular-shaped bottles that were used for the Avant dermals.
 
Rogue, thats good info. You're probably right, the water bath method doesn't fully heat the gel. Is an hour necessary for it to reach the desired temperature?

I will definitely go the bake and shake route in the future. I was worried about the solvents in the TGel evaporating...do you cover the baking dish?
 
When I got mine to work I had to bathe it for over an hour around 70 minutes or so. Good luck though Brodus.

Imo, Oven baking at 225 is most indubatadatadley the way to go, hot water bathing, Phooey, ...... (spit)

An hour is maybe a touch excessive, but I would rather go a little long rather than short, since I don't believe that 225 degrees will negatively affect the Prohormone .

I cover the baking cup with aluminum foil ,though evaporation does'nt seem to be really in play, like it is with everclear.
 
thats odd, i remember a short conversation i had with mike quite a while ago when he advised me that most people got better results from just taking the 1,4 orally.
