Are you reverse banding your lifts on Sheiko as well? I noticed on IG you seem to reverse band often (or maybe those are just the posts I coincidentally end up seeing).
Today felt rough. I had to take around five days off of the gym due to my training partner having to coach collegiate nationals this weekend. Felt great to give the back a rest but everything felt unnatural until like 6 sets in to squats.

Nice to get so much needed days away, but it jacks with my muscle memory as well. dont worry in a few days it will be like you never took 5 days off.
