Thanks man! This will be my first ever running a Sheiko program. We will see how it goes. I am going to start with a begginer preperatory cycle to get into the swing of things. This is what week 1 will look like.

Squat: 50 Lifts @ 65%
Bench: 59 Lifts @ 71%
Deadlift: 32 Lifts @ 69%
 
Are you reverse banding your lifts on Sheiko as well? I noticed on IG you seem to reverse band often (or maybe those are just the posts I coincidentally end up seeing).
