Ok so my last post was about a month ago. I have since finished 5/3/1 but my youtube videos are behind my daily life by about two weeks. I was going to try and update all my training here with my videos as the come out but its getting too complicated. Man life is awesome these days. My son turns two next month. My wife got accepted into her masters program. My new job is awesome and I think I am going to go back to school. You? How's the tire business? Any new project cars?

Glad to hear things are going well for you. As far as I concerned Life Is Good !! Business is a lot of work but very rewarding, I get to go to work and have fun everyday. No new projects at this time, but who knows...............

It was always the other way around for me, I had a Good Squat, Decent Deadlift and a Girlie Bench.
