    I buy lemons buy the bagful and cut them up and squeeze them into my water. It does make it easier to drink since I am not a water person either. Lemons are cheap and have Vitamin C.

    I haven't read the article but from what I have learned over the years was that alcohol actually blunts testosterone production, which is why it is frowned upon for weight lifting. I will try to find the articles that I read years ago that actually gave facts to prove this.
