critique epistane for first cycle..rate

what i need :
Cycle support AI
IBE epistane
nolva pct
test booster
multi, fishoil etc etc

my diet consists of : white rice, brown rice , white potato, sweet potato, lean beef,chicken,pork,fish etc, whey protein.

and yes i do count my macros to the best of my abilities
my calorie intake is about 3200-3500
macros : 170 g protein/450-500 g carbs/ 60-80 g Fats
5'8 176 lbs 2 years training

Looks good to me. Standard cycle. If I were to add anything it'd be cort control. But for the price... id' say just make sure you keep your carbs high enough and maybe add some vit C

thx man. yep i try to keep my carbs very high. hence the white rice and tons of potatoes!!! haha also i have lean xtreme in my cupboard for the longest while lol
oh my protein should be about 176-190 g

Looks good. I would say run what you have and have fun. I love Epistane. I just finished a cycle and got bloodwork done that I will post if someone is interested. Only thing that came back slightly off was my LDL cholesterol.
