    I haven’t tried this product yet, however I suspect that it should work rather well, based on my own experiences with taking high-dose (58g) grape seed extract, alongside L-citrulline. I may get around to ordering some for comparison, if nothing else.

    Of course. You’re in a deficit. The purpose of cardio is to increase the deficit.. you can achieve the same with less calories in. Lifting heavy is a great idea while cutting - it helps signal to your body to hang onto your muscle tissue.

    You can inject 0.05ml without issue. If you’re seeing blood, you likely went too far / hit a vein / had a bad angle. It’s really quick and easy, once you’ve had a little practice.
