Bloodtests:

Total testosterone 677ng/dl
Fsh 4.0 range 1.5-12.4
Lh 6.3 range 1.7-8.6
Prl 252 range 86-324
Tsh 2.27 range 0.30-4.20

The problem is that the last 6 months I have had low sperm count. We are trying to concieve with my wife. I have not taken anything for over a year other than vitamins and tribulus. I have had before one time low sperm count but it got back to normal in 4weeks.

Zinc, saw palmetto, lecithin.

Also, clomisphene..

Letrozole is used to treat sperm issues as well.
A fertility doctor will have more tools in their chest additionally.

The fertility dr wont give me anything. They say my hormone levels are good. Im still waiting for the shgb result. Im a bit disappointed my estrogen was not taken.

Where from can I get clomisphene in europe online? I tested letrozol a long time a go. Dont know what my sperm count was then since we did not try to concieve then. I had to stop the letrozol it caused me severe headache.

No estrodial was check as this can raise shbg
Shbg top of the range used to be 50 a decade ago. What is this telling us ? It’s time to wake up to the reality.

My bloodtests was done at fertility clinic. They dont test estrogen levels from males. They dont think its important.

What would be the best for me in this situation do to that shgb and free t? To take clomid, hcg or letrozol? Whats best for the sperm?

Is lh of 6.3 too high? My free calculated testosterone seems to be about 11ng/dl.

My age is 41.

Semen retention?
Sperm takes 3 months to mature.
This is coming from left field, I'm aware but I just completed 6 months and two days of semen retention...easier when single...(preparing for a relationship with a woman).
Not entirely sure why men don't look into this more.
