    I know the general consensus is train muscles more than once per week. But if you also military press on shoulder day and deadlifts on leg day doesn't that hit them more then once a week?

    I have been on a ppl for a while. Does anyone think running gvt for 6-8 weeks would be a good idea. Have never run any sort of volume routine like 10x10 or even 8x8 style of program.

    Hey guys was wondering if anyone reverse pyramids sets to get over a plateau. Been doing linear sets of 3x5 flat bench at 295lbs. My sets end up 5,3,3. In the past whenever I could do all the sets of 5 I would bump up the weight. My thought was to do the first set above 295...like 305 and then...
