So true about doing cardio doesnt mean your going to have fat loss a calorie deficit is needed most importantly... I was overdoing cardio and saw myself going nowhere i stopped doing cardio and i am more leaner than ever!
I usually Pour out water from gallon in a cup and put in some mio or crystal light with my meals other than that its modern BCAA's fruit punch ****s amazing
