    it won't hurt your arms to do bi the next day since you did not hit it hard..and by hitting it hard i mean more than 4 sets of 4 different bicep workouts.     fasted cardio also works well for me. i do a high intensity cardio workout for 15 minutes every morning before breakfast and then hit the gym afterwards.
