Dips -- 4sets in a wider stance, I've been lead to believe this engages more shoulder/chest action? Wide stance with arms...
OK so I want to increase my bicep strengh but don't have barbells or EZ bars of any kind.
What would you recommend? I will be doing low reps with high weight...
Regular Dumbbell Curls?
Incline Dumbbell Curls?
Hammer Curls?
Concentration Curls?
Barbell Curls?
OK so i'm upping my calorie intake while hitting the weights pretty hard three times a week.
HOWEVER I want to keep fat levels low so I plan to do tabatas twice a week at an intense rate to burn off fat.
How effective will this be mother****ers?
SHOULDERS:

Legs are done on a seperate day. These are just the two workouts I'm unsure of.

Basically what im asking is do low reps, high sets, heavy weight, strength training burn more fat/calories than high reps, low sets, low weight, body building training?
I would think the increased intensity and strain would do but what do you guys think?
By December 2012 I was about 190lbs.
I dropped to 170lbs by February.
I did this by intense cardio 3-4 times a week along with a strict diet.
I'm signing up to a gym to bulk up but will have to reduce cardio and increase calories (obviously with healthy foods)
How can I keep slim and ripped...

12x3 Bench Press
12x3 Military Press (or should it be Upright Row?)
12x3 French Press
12x3 Squats
- DAY 2 -
60% of max x 3 Chin Ups
12x3 Bent Over Rows
12x3 Hammer Curls (I have weak wrists and this grip is easier for me)
12x3 Deadlift
So hows that? I figure I'll put at cardio day...
Do they do only their lifts (clean & jerk + snatch)?
Or do they do heavy compound movements?
Some of them are huge - do they do any weight training for bulking or mass building?
What about cardio?
