What is proposed/suspected mechanism for energy increase? Most the data is see is in muscle wasting, antioxidant pathway, anti inflammatory. Of course if you reduce inflammation then energy should go up.
Is your cholesterol sky high? If not, I would be weary of red yeast rice as it has a compound that acts as a statin. Imo current cholesterol ranges are too low as a way to move pharmaceuticals. Maybe the red yeast rice amount is super low in this product tho.
How long do you fast? Like others have said, what is your goal?

Yeah I agree with the second part but I know too much about extended fasting data and lean body mass is last to go. In fact, I saw a study that showered rebound effect on testosterone and LBM after an extended fast over baseline.
Obviously offer being sick and dehydrated you will be weaker...
