    Push ups

    Pushups can really blow up the chest. Underrated exercise IMHO. There is a guy at my gym that in constantly doing rapid, partial rep pushups. Huge pecs.

    Thank you. Funny you should ask that...I have lifted conventional for years and with this workout I tried a semi-sumo stance for the first time. I found it a more comfortable lift.
