Everything is going well.
Bodyweight is down to skinny 183lbs.
Strength is still OK - pulled 3x550lbs beltless few days ago, took 350lbs at close grip bench, 5x260lbs at incline press and 14x55lbs at weighted pull ups.
Gonna up my juice in 1-3 weeks. Still cruising on TRT dose of test only...
We indeed opened our relationship and found many wonderful persons to our lives it’s not the reason for this.
I still love my wife but years turned romantic love into something else. Spark just faded.
No reason to be sad, everything happens for a reason and there is no drama in this 🙂
Nothing special lately. 4x125 and 3x135 lbs weighted pull-ups, that’s it.

Yeah, I’d run it with low dose test and enough mast.
I have tamoxifen, arimidex, Inhibit-P and pramipexole.
I also had gynos removed so risk of gyno should be minimal. I haven’t used an AI in over a year.
I have used oral and TD trest in the past.

Wow, I wouldn’t have guessed. Push-pull lifters are quite rare though, most guys do full powerlifting meets or either bench or dealift.

In Finland 4 guys did it in full meet last year, one in IPF -182lbs weight class. I thought more would’ve done it!

long ass pause with 465lbs

Yeah I know. Here in Finland 1000lbs push-pull total is not competitive at 198 or even 181lbs weight class. But I feel that I want to break those barriers before doing a meet even though I know that I wouldn’t place even with those numbers.
Back in the days I was very nervous about competing...
I think I will do push-pull meet some point, not full powerlifting meet because squatting hurts my arms too much. I want to bench 400lbs without pause and pull at least 640lbs in the gym before it though.
Today I tried back squats for fun though, did 4 sets of 6 @ 375lbs. If my arms can handle...
I actually went nuts and did the following. Gonna save EQ for later as availability here is poor and I have shitloads of tren but very little EQ.
Test 350mg/week
Mast 210mg/week
M-Sten 10mg/day
Tren A 30mg EOD
It worked well and fast. I’m lean now!
Got sick a few weeks ago and after that I travelled to Lanzarote. Haven’t done anything special in the gym except today I lifted 370lbs at close grip bench press. Morning weight was 191lbs.
Now I’m again on just 175mg/week of test but I may add 10-15mg of ibutamoren before bed next week...
Test at 175-500mg/week, depending on what else I’m running.
When ”blasting”, I always take mast. 2/3 of amount of test. With EQ I don’t always need it though.
EQ at 300-500mg/week for 14+ weeks or tren at 70-140mg/week for 6-8 weeks is great. Not both at the same time - at least not for me...
I usually do 4-5x2x70-75% of my 1RM as deload before max test but not yet.
I think I’ll just pull 620 next week and after that I’ll be 9 days in Spain. There I’ll do only one deload session, rest and eat well and after that trip I’ll test my real 1RM.
Easy beltless 585lbs pull with stiff bar today.
After that I squatted 440lbs. Haven’t done regular back squats in a while. Felt nice actually, I bet I have more than 500lbs in me if I did it as first lift for a few weeks.
