    Starting Strength and KM

Hey fellow AM readers. Currently I've gotten back into starting strength after a month of non stop work and travel for work. I stayed up on fitness with conditioning, as a result recovery is great. I started Krav Maga again, and with the added stimulus and high intensity conditioning, I...

    Rest/Pause and 5/3/1

So in the middle of my final set of deads I was pulling 270 for 15 reps, my question is, I rested 5 or 10 seconds between every three reps in the last part of the set. So figure it was essentially a cluster, can I still count that?

    Preferred weight gain supplement

Alright, first off, I took a break from fitness when I was in the middle of relocating from Maryland to California. Got here three weeks ago and found a job about a week after I got here. I work 11 hours a day, with a lunch break thrown in there. Nutrition wise, my diet is pretty damn good...

Favored Macro ratios among you guys?

I'm thinking of running a slightly more aggressive ratio of 40% carbs/ 30% fats and proteins. This is more fat than I was getting on the 40/40/20 split I employed before. I'm just curious as to what the AM forum members prefer for their bulk ratios.
