Advice needed

Hello AM readers. I have a few questions regarding programming. I'm interested in beginning a bodybuilding program. I have spent the last month doing crossfit and Im not exactly in love with it. So I would like to shift my focus to bodybuilding and strength building. I'm not sure though where the best place to start is. I've done starting strength in the past, as well as 5/3/1 in the past. I am a natural lifter, 6' 1" and I really need to pack on muscle and start gaining. My daily calorie intake is 3,250-3,500 calories and it breaks down as follows: Protein: 156-175g, carbs: 450-500g, fat: 91-108g. I eat clean. Brown rice, sweet potatoes, steel cut oats, Ezekiel bread. Fat sources are meats, olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, whole milk.

My question regarding the programming is this? Where would you recommend a beginner to start? I'm thinking full body, but will a 5x5 be good for overall physique development and strength building? Where would be a better program to start? The grind?
My goal is to build muscle and gain from my current weight of 155-160 up to 185-190. Ultimately the goal is 210 but first things first. I'm doing research on several areas. But I'm very interested in your thoughts. Thank you.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I have no problem shoveling down food, I'm thinking up my calorie intake, and add a few short conditioning circuits on non training days.

You could load up on weight and use low reps, roughly 5-7or8 reps pending on heavy you go. Also use a lot more multi body lifts that will require your body to use more testosterone, like deadlifts, rack pulls, squats, etc...
