    Yes split it, 25mg is more than enough for most. DONT take it with food or even close to your meals it will blunt the effect. 2h after your last meal is ok to take it. will last ~4-6h

    When cutting my to go is always Caffeine + Yohimbine HCL (but now alpha yohimbine) and Amp Citrate. Get amazing results from this while doing fasted training and HIIT threadmil after weights

    caffeine release glucose, but I dont think that little can switch off the effect from yohimbine. had great results from caffeine + yohimbine alone (and then amp citrate added )

    The body is a weird machine : ( im now doing 20-30min sessions every 3rd day, alittle sore throat but thats about it. Will try to check it up some more.
