3 Inexpensive Supplements to Increase T (verified by clinical studies & labs)

I'm 40 y/o and my testosterone level at my last check was 880ng/dL (near the top end of the range). D3, Boron Citrate, and KSM-66 have kept my numbers at that of a healthy 18y/o despite my age. I put together a video outlining how I use these supplements, brands I recommend, and what to check...

The heating and cooling could temporarily alleviate the discomfort. It's worth a try for $10.

    Creatine ?

How many grams are you getting through your diet? Do you eat a lot of steak? It would be difficult to get 5 grams every day from food but something to consider maybe taking a lower dosage if you eat lots of meat.

PSA pain relief for sore muscles joints tendons (4x stronger than Icy Hot)

Liniment gel (yes, the horse product) provides quick pain relief for sore muscles, joints, and tendons. Forget Icy Hot or BioFreeze. Powerlifters, strongmen, and athletes use liniment gel for FAST pain relief. Liniment gel increases blood flow and temperature in the area far beyond products like...

    Why was my post deleted?

As part of poop mastery would you recommend folding or crumpling tissue during the pre wipe phase? Crumpling seems like the savage warrior viking method while folding tissue into squares seems to be the civilized gentleman's way to go about it. I felt this would be an appropriate question given...

Quick update. Today was my first time training in 9 days. Normally not a big deal but my body was primed for heavy weight before the forced break. Wife and both sons were sick and I had a low grade fever for several days. I took some extra time because the CNS takes a beating in this part of...

I don't know too much about this but I've read BPC 157 has healing properties in the brain. It might be something to look into.

I'm feeling a bit better today. Protein intake is still high, sleep is good, and lots of vitamin C. I doubt I'll loose anything taking a few days but I'm going to repeat the week before going heavier next week.

Son has a fever. My temp is elevated 1 degree and energy is down. Small amount of congestion but not too bad. I'm taking a couple days off from lifting. Hopefully that's all I need. If I need longer I'll repeat the last week in my program before moving on. Week 5 is where I get the info...

You just made me realize something hilarious. My wife had her PJs on before the Christmas sweater. I told her I would be recording and asked if she wanted to change since it would be a shared video. She came back in her festive sweater. I think she's trolling me!

Week 4: 445x3 Reps (This was my 3rd set. Set 1 & 2 were 410x3 and 425x3 RPE 7) Invalid Link Removed I have one minor injury but nothing to stop my benching. I strained my right forearm a couple weeks ago doing hanging leg raises. It was a stupid thing that could've easily been avoided. I...

Today's top set will be 445 pounds for reps. My spotter (wife) weighs 140 pounds. Best I can do for now. Currently dealing with a muscle strain in the right forearm. The strain came from doing hanging leg raises to failure. My forearms usually burn on my 4th and final set around rep 35 but...

I'm 5'6"and weight was 198 pounds this morning. A lot of people think I weigh more. You're right about the narrow grip. I benched with a wider grip for 20 years. When the weight started getting above 405 for reps my left shoulder started having issues. I took a year off from barbell...

    Need some advice…

If you want some ideas for training I outline my split and have a couple videos demonstrating the exercises on my channel. I begin with compound movements then progress to isolation exercises. I hate cardio and choose to burn cals by pushing volume for 8 weeks following by a 2 week deload...
