    Meal Plan for work (No Microwave)

    Awesome App for Dieting!

    A lot of you may have this app. It's called "MyFitnessPal" I love it! I am training for a Physique Competition in 20 weeks and it is keeping my dieting in check! you can even search the food your eating and it will come up with all of the Nutrition Facts.. Check it out!!
