New Workout Routine?? Please

I've been lifting for about 6 years now and I am at a plateu. I can't gain anymore muscle it seems like. My friends tell me to get on some **** but I wanna stay natural. Any new routines I could do, to switch it up and hopefully gain some muscle!?
 
In order for us to help you you need to provide more information. Fill in you profile with current lift capabilities. Need age, height, weight, macros, lifting routines, etc.

Also, research the forums here for the many routines that people are asking about and you might find what you need.
 
Idk how to put that all in my profile. But I'm 5'11 180 lbs. I workout 5 days a week. Monday: Legs (glute emphasis) Tuesday:Back/Bis Wednesday: Chest/Tris Thursday: Shoulders Friday Legs (quads)
 
go to edit profile and fill in all the blanks. we need numbers in the big lifts too. and age

cant do it from app if you use that like i do
