Hey man, nice progress on the weight loss. I more or less in your position though. I plateaued at 210 and I've had the hardest time getting under that. I work out pretty heavy, but I have all of my equipment at home. I'm 20 and going to the local community college and here soon I'm getting a membership to the local gym. I'm keeping the calories around 1500 a day and still not dropping weight. Not starving myself, just staying content. I'm going to start doing more cardio, but I think I need to change my diet up quite a bit too. What kind of diet do you have? It's hard as hell to break this plateau. Again, nice job on the progress.
