    Hey guys, I've been experimenting some with keto and I do enjoy it so far, I'm 2 days into it and I can already tell I'm getting leaner. My question is tho, do I need more carbs? I'm only getting 35g a day and I'm 212lbs. I read in M&F that I should take in .5g per lb of body weight on rest days...

    I'll definitely do that...as far as nutrition goes, should I eat less? Because I read M&F magazines where people talk about eating 3500+ calories to spike their metabolism. I'm wondering if I should continue to eat 2500, eat less, or eat more?

    I track what I can, I use my fitness pal, but some foods I just got guesstimate how much I'm actually consuming. But I'm def gonna start doing HIIT....thank you!
