Trenadrol, u start at two caps a day and do that for at least two weeks... if you've got another bottle you can work up to 3 a day but you probably won't need that. Take the PCT seriously tho the shutdown can be bad from trenadrol

clomed is an otc pct, haven't used it, probably not super good though. Clomid is a real PCT. You should look them up and learn the difference.
