I got to stay that this forum is great!!! I have gotten some outstanding information on supplementation and the proper way to take them. I have tons of questions but I am new to the site and I dont really have much time to navigate through it because of my job right now. I am in Iraq(AGAIN!!!!) so sometimes it hard to get to a computer. How do I start a thread so I can ask some questions? Thanks form the help and keep up the good work.
