Thanks. But those are both old pictures. I am quite a bit heavier now. However, I'm down about 23 lbs since Christmas simply due to eating A LOT LESS sugar and way more cardio.
I dont know what kinda of stuff you're looking for but I really dont have a specific training program. I just kinda do whatever feels good for a few weeks then move to something new. I have however recently hooked up with a trainer for a while. Im hoping to learn a lot of new things from him.
