  1. Help me out..come and go gyno

Ok I have these intermittent gyno like issues that can literally happen and resolve in a short amount of time. I did a hard workout yesterday and it’s insanely bad! So the more I flex or exert the area the worse it gets. It’s like a layer of flab all over my body too. Ruins all muscle...
  2. TFCC wrist ligament tear

I’ve heard good things about BPC-157. I wanted to take it after spraining my ankle, just wish I had a reliable source for it.
  3. Labs/Situation Review & First Steps

I would definitely get your vitamin D and magnesium up. Possibly through liposomal vitamin D/transdermal magnesium. Low vit D can cause vertigo. Stay away from fillers/Stevia in supplements. Low cortisol is a huge issue. I’ve never seen a serum blood lab below range, although just below. Low...
  4. HCG and DHT to lower SHBG?

I understand it will shut me down, but I can at least see if my low free T is the problem. DHT is ok, it’s always mid 50s, which is the middle of the normal range.
  5. HCG and DHT to lower SHBG?

The HCG is to keep testicles functioning and increase T output enough to decrease SHBG. LH and FSH are normal, in between 5-8. Estradiol sensitive is 19. DHT is mid 50s, normal. Thyroid and antibodies are in range, except for a high reverse t3. Iron panel, Metabolic panel, and CBC normal. I...
  6. HCG and DHT to lower SHBG?

Hey, I’m starting an HCG mono therapy from a telemedicine clinic. Total T is fine (650-700), but this is masked by the high SHBG of 50-60. I have had low T symptoms for a while. And then hit the horrid symptom jackpot from Saw Palmetto. I’m looking to add DHT(injection or Proviron) to my HCG...

  8. SHBG more important than previously thought

I would like your help to lower my SHBG. I have had shbg results from 37-88. I did a vegan diet thinking it would allow my liver to cleanse. But right after completing, shbg was highest ever at 88. It could also be related to iron intake(spinach) of plants or maybe vegan Ian changes the biome.
  9. Body hair and muscle growth question

There was a period of 3 years when I would workout 5-6 times a week, starting at 18. The only thing I took was a pre workout drink. Never a drastic change, when I was really muscular, I realized that I no longer had forearm hair. I have a couple dark hairs on each arm in the same spot now. When...
  10. High folate levels

My results were listed as ">20," with a range of 3-16. B12 was 900 at the time, then dropped into the 500s 3 months later. I'm wondering if my body isn't converting folate to the usable forms like methylfolate. I've been trying to read some stuff about the MTHFR gene defect. Just wondering if...
  11. Morning exhaustion

I'm experiencing exhaustion in the morning where I can feel it in what seems like my entire body. It might wear off after an hour, like yesterday I felt great, or so or last through the day and magically get better around 11pm-12am, probably today. If I take a nap in the morning, very rare, I'll...
  12. Iron blood test results

Thanks for the response. I'm going to reduce my iron intake and do blood donations. The reference ranges online range the iron saturation up to 50%, which makes me 8% over. It's worth a shot to reduce it.
  13. Iron blood test results

    My iron results are Iron 37 - 181 ug/dL 174 TIBC 261 - 462 ug/dL 302 Iron-Saturation% 15 - 55 % 58 Ferritin 17.9 - 464 ng/mL 124 I asked for these tests after I found that iron overload matched many of my symptoms. I felt better after taking meat out of my diet. And these tests are 3 or 4 days...
  14. Vitamin b6 a dht inhibitor

I've been researching various foods, like rice, that I've learned are dht inhibitors. I've also found claims that b6 inhibits dht and I was wondering if that was true?
  15. SODIUM intake?

I've been adding iodized sea salt to my water occasionally over the last week. Thanks for the info. I just got my iodine in the mail and have yet to use it. Would you recommend using it transdermally until it's unabsorbed?
