Starting your stack next Monday. Hope you don't mind! I bought two bottles of the 1-T. Should I double-dose and how? Thanks....83

Hey Trauma! On approx week 3 or 1-T and my chest its still itching like crazy!!! Driving me nuts!!!! I have used Aveeno and another moisturizer like you suggested but no impovement. The itchiness is all over my chest, collarbone, nipple areas and sometimes my front shoulders. I stopped applying there for several days but the itchiness continues. I am not taking anything else at present and have never had issues with dry skin...actually I have oily skin! I even stopped the cycle for 3 days to see if it would subside. My nipples are also verry sensitive but I am told that this is normal? Could the itch be a by product of the estrogen? Like the sensitive nipples? I don't here anyone else other than JSP experiencing this so I have to admit, I am perplexed! Help...I am going crazy! If I am not carefull I will scratch till I bleed! Lucky!

Heya, John. Yeah, been ok (sorry for the long time; not had internet access for a bit, and what I have is limited). Things are ok. Hopefully will be settling in good over the next week or so with work and living and training etc. How's you?

Applied and good to go. The official start is in March. I'm working on classes that will count toward it at the moment.

Told you! The only place better in terms of an actual steak is Peter Lugers in NY..but we're talking 1 and 1a. Its that close but Berns has a MUCH better experience overall.

Yo Trauma long time no chat! So you moved over to Primordial Performance how has that been? So the last couple months I have been hittin everything hard again and I am back up to about 195 and 11 ish percent body fat.
