greetings everyone, Im 3 days post OP from a bicep tendon tear. I wanted to hear some opinions on what supplements I should be taking to help with recovery. Currently I'm taking a lot of omega 3 and 6, collagen and growth. I'm going to do a few treatments of stemcell to boot.
Recieved the MRI report. I have a myotendinous junction injury involving the sternal head of the pectoralis major. Basically I tore the muscle off the tendon. No surgery needed. Will heal on it's own.
Anyone have any experience with this type of injury? Dr said to be my own judge. Lay off...
Yes but its going to be a few days for this. He is out of town. I'm just impatient. I've been staring at the images all day and have no clue what I'm looking at.
I'm fairly new to PL but the coach I hired has me doing something called Conjugate. I really like it. Strength has gone up faster than anything else I've done.
I had similar issues with injuries and doms. But ever since being on TRT and my levels are up I dont have that issue. Maybe get your bloodwork checked to see?
Hope everyone is injury free. Recently I had an "unzipping" feeling while doing heavy bench on max effort day. I had an MRI and but it will a few days before I can see the dr. I do have the images. If I were to post them would there be someone with some knowledge as to tell me what I'm looking...
About 4 months. I've never felt this good and gained muscle like this before in my life. On 220/wk I actually am doing better gym wise and just feeling better than when I was running a ton of stuff
