I noticed a post you had put on Cardio. I have a question regarding this. I have always used HIIT training fasted in the mornings to cut. I need to reduce to around 175lbs before my next cycle and my diet is all over the place. If you wouldn't mind I would appreciate a simple diet on the go and some tips on lowering my BF. I hate cardio and lift for an hour 5 days a week. Current stats are 5 7 190 lbs. somewhere around 15% BF. I wake up at 6AM and workout at 6PM. Having trouble getting my eating times down. I usually do not eat another meal after my post shake. Below is my current reg...

12PM Tuna and spinach leaf low fat dressing
