    I noticed a post you had put on Cardio. I have a question regarding this. I have always used HIIT training fasted in the mornings to cut. I need to reduce to around 175lbs before my next cycle and my diet is all over the place. If you wouldn't mind I would appreciate a simple diet on the go and some tips on lowering my BF. I hate cardio and lift for an hour 5 days a week. Current stats are 5 7 190 lbs. somewhere around 15% BF. I wake up at 6AM and workout at 6PM. Having trouble getting my eating times down.     9AM Greek Yogart and protein bar
    12PM Tuna and spinach leaf low fat dressing
    3PM Protein Shake 2 Scoops with a hand ful of almonds
    Workout
