The Biosteel Chocolate plant protein powder is definitely better than Rivalus. I would call it almost a dark chocolate brownie flavor. For a plant protein, it is fairly decent. I don't feel like I need to add the hot chocolate mix which is good now because I'm cutting! However, about any...
Although I've never tried it, MyProtein has a Birthday Cake Impact Whey flavor. I have never been disappointed with any of their flavors. Impact Whey's macros aren't as good as the ones you mentioned but would be cheaper.
I doubt any powerlifters are doing yoga, but I saw where these two things do not mix. Stuart McGill, a back specialist, was on Peter Attia's podcast and said that a powerlifter should not do yoga since yoga requires a lot of flexibility and powerlifting requires a lot of stiffness. So keep...
Yeah, they all have the same aftertaste. Going through Rivalus right now because of expiration date. It's not very good. I do like how thick plant proteins mix up in proats. I'll have to report back on BioSteel.
Chocolate Brownie, it's solid. I don't think I've ever had a bad MP flavor.
Yeah, anything Apollon is over the top!
You can't get this anymore but I'm currently going through a tub of Vicious Labs Juice Daddy (mostly stims). I finally told myself to dial it back to 3/4 scoop. I was too stimmed during my workout and crashing a few hours later.
I've experienced this with CL White Flood Classic. It's kind of scary if you don't know what's going on but it only lasts for a few minutes. There are so many PWOs out there that I just avoid ones with GABA.
Do you think Cholesterol Support XT can lower ApoB a decent amount? I need it lowered a lot because I have genetically high Lp(a). Unfortunately, I think a statin is inevitable. I'm going to decrease carbs some and raise unsaturated fats some while incorporating a plant based protein powder...
Purely anecdotal but I lost minimal strength on CEL Api-Plex, 2 caps a day, during my last hard 2 month cut. I rarely take natural anabolic supplements, but I'm sure you can't go wrong with any supps on @big_jewels list. I really want to try Recomp20 at some point.
Sounds like another fantastic year! I'm running low on protein powder so I'll be sure to pick up some when released. I dont have my usual 20 lb stock pile :)
Joint Support is great. But stacking it with Cissus XT I can attest is even better. I take Joint Support Fall thru Spring when I'm lifting more. I got a free tub of Cissus XT powder as part of a promo and my elbows and knees felt amazing. I'd continue to take Cissus XT but I already take a...
