Stop. You have people who skim through forums and see crap advice saying no need for a serm, and 30mg is not enough. They wont do their own research, read someones log where they did 80mg, not do a SERM, and will F themselves up. Then they finally create an account and start asking how to... -

20mg is a bit low, but for a first or 2nd cycle its not bad. I also wouldnt say its terribly low as I personally think 30-40mg TOPS is perfect. A SERM is 100% needed for Epi. Its a designer steroid. It WILL suppress you. -
How do you change up your training while using 1/4/epi andro?
I dont believe that your training should change... i just expect your workloads to increase with the added strength and recovery. Natty or not, you are still working to build muscle. When not natty, you are just building more muscle. -

In my opinion, protein is high. Higher protein is most beneficial when in a deficit, 1g/lb is sufficient when bulking. Good fat number, just drop the protein a bit and up the carbs. As far as how to get the cals in, im a big fan of oats + fruit mixed together post workout, big bowls of rice... -

Just keep in mind that more is not always better. Not saying harm will come from 40/40/20/20 though - seen many people do it. If money is not an issue and you wanted to do it right, id still drop nolva to 20/20/10/10 and add in some clomid. Id also strongly urge the exemestane at least on hand... -

chiming in from someone who has done epi 2x. I always ran between 30-40, never exceeding 40. Last cycle I added dermacrine as a test base which really helped combat any lethargy. For PCT, no need for 40 nolva... just do the standard 20/20/10/10. I also did exemestane on my last cycle at... -
