Did it while cruising on 250mg test/week, should work on cycle (think: similar to nolva) but use compounds with less -or no estrogen conversion, IMHO.
The day I'll use trestolone acetate, I plan to run low dose ralox too, with a sh1tload of adex.

I'm bout to cruise on 250 test soon so i will probably try the ralox..

Man I've ran deca and test with no issues.. dbol no issues
Now tren got me gyno, so I'm like wtf

No idea for how long elevated prolactin levels stay high, after discontinuing Tren -but I would do a low dose caber run for a week. Used prami before and had too much sides from it.
Best would be a blood test though.
 
Got my blood drawn today, doc agreed saying it looks to be the start of gyno (no surprise here) have an appointment Thursday with an Endocrinologist, bloods should be back by then. Any advice for my meeting with the endo as far as what to say so I get the right stuff prescribed?
 
He's going to tell u to drop anabolics and supplements forever.. lol

Are u using health insurance or just on your own terms? And what u tell ur dr?
 
Lol I had quite a feeling that was going to be the case. This guy was pretty cool,

I just explained to him that I had a small lump from pubertal gynecomastia back when I was a teenager and that I now have a small lump on my right side as well and both sides have become tender which is all new in the last week or so. The first thing he asked was if I was "juicing" and I told him no because I am not and I have not. I said I was taking a few supplements but nothing that would affect my hormones in anyway.
He agreed that we should try to avoid surgery, He mentioned Torem would probably do the job. He was hesitant to prescribe anything without blood work so he had me go get blood drawn and referred me to an endocrinologist that I will be meeting up with at the Mayo clinic on Thursday. I'm using my insurance

Oh ok, I'm sure the Dr's know what's up half the time.. and oh ok. I just wonder sometimes if insurance can drop you off insurance for using anabolics illegally.. I don't want to find out lol
 
Doctor/patient confidentiality. There's absolutely no reason for a doctor to tell your insurance. If he is uncomfortable with the situation then go to another doctor...He can't say ****

In 2015 I had low kidney numbers due to running dbol too long, side by side with tren and Dr told me to stop all training for 6months and stop taking all supps, he said they are all bad. Even proteins. I did zero workouts for 6months and stayed off anabolics over a year.. now back on obviously but yea I never admitted to taking anabolics I was afraid my job would find out thru the insurance..
 
No he was totally cool about it, I might make him my primary doc. I really haven't been using any illegal anabolics or prohormones. Just natty stuff (Alphamax, Xgels, Or1gin, Ep1c, FD2 etc) He was quick and to the point, agreed about going the SERM route or something similar.

While I'm waiting on bloods to come back though, I'm just trying to formulate a game plan for when I go into the Endocrinologist. Any thoughts? Assuming estrogen is high...

It will just depend on your blood work numbers. Your numbers may be perfectly fine. If your estrogen is high he may put you on an AI for a few weeks to bring it down
 
jumping in here as this topic is now relevant to me... I finished an epistane cycle back in June with pct of exemestane and Nolva. 2 days ago I started feeling a sensative lump behind right nipple. I'm unfortionatly completely out of both exem and nolva since its been months.... should I just order some more nolva? kinda surprised that all of a sudden this hit me.

I've been using research ralox 30mg a day for 3 weeks and can feel the lump breaking up and puffiness going
 
Just had my last visit yesterday, they revealed my liver enzymes were high but after more blood tests and an ultrasound of my liver they concluded that the high enzymes were just from working out. Doctor prescribed 10mg Tamoxifen so we'll see how this goes.

They have no idea what's causing it at this point and neither do I. Was hoping/considering doing my first real run (1-andro) come late spring once I acquired more knowledge, but being so prone to gyno has me even more hesitant.

It'll be interesting to see if this Tamoxifen works.

Listen guys, gyno is possible to get rid of. Iv had surgery, and had it come back 8 weeks after without touching any hormones since years before.

Now that i have your attention, this isnt any easy defeat, and certainly one you cant overcome yourself unless you have blood tests to see what us causing the problem exactly. It could be in your head or it could be an underlying reason that you dont know, just get it checked before you waste more money.

If you find out your problem and get the meds you need, it takes a lot of time for this **** to go away and stay away but it is possible as long as its not too developed already. Then your left with the knife, and you have to just take the plunge.

Ill be honest, i considerably shrank mine when it started coming back while using epistane, nolva and exmestane during cycle and pct. Using bloods as my guide, and then running a long pct of clomid, nolva.

I do not recommend taking the route i went. Epistane is a designer steroid and can cause rebound gyno in itself after pct if you didnt recover correctly. It has shown gyno reduction in multiple people though. So if you do your research and are curious it was like so.

Epistane: 45/45/45/45/45/45
Nolva: 10/10/10/10/10/10/40/40/20/20/10/10
Exmestane: (1-16 weeks) 12.5 mg E3D
*Depends on blood tests ^
Clomid:0/0/0/0/0/0/50/50/25/25

To some of you, i know epistane doesnt aromatize but i wanted to hit my gyno with full force and nolva, and exmestane during cycle i believe has helped. I finally feel great, like im fully recovered for the first time in my life.

I had the same answer from the Dr about high liver enzymes from just working out. He told me to take months off lol I was like what? He said the liver n kidneys take a toll from hard workouts.. and the pharma grade nolva he gave u should work

I'm glad it worked for you.
Epistane alone wrecked both of my knees, together with an AI (Exemestane) it could be disastrous for the joints.
Raloxifene with moderate AI did the trick for me in about 3 weeks, on a 300mg test cruise.

Epi will not get rid of gyno. Not possible. Its broscience that some people have floated around the past few years. Your nolva and exem is what shrunk it.
 
Taking 1mg deca (injection)
1mg test injection
Twice a week
Also 40mg Diana pills daily
Is there something I should be taking for gyno
