Cycle is as follows:
1 week : 20 mg
2-4 week : 40mg
Only taking NAC (600mg 3 times per day) for liver support.

Ok.. didn't really gain any pounds... weight still steady - no fat lost. I even seem fatter.
Weird how one day scale shows 208lbs (4 more) and next day 201lbs, about the same as I started. Maybe the scale was actin up.

Weight has gone up approx. 4 pounds, though strength didn't really increase much. I'm up on some lifts, other is same.
I do stronglifts 5x5 type of progression.. once I lift something for full intended reps I go with more weight next...
Started the cycle on monday, so that's 4 days now. Not really feeling anything, I think anything so soon would be placebo anyway:).
However, it seems to me I get energy boost after I take 5AT.
I also started Yohimbine HCL - 16mg daily split in two doses. One in the morning before (really easy)...

I wrote down my gym routine above. I tried everything from 2.8k kcal to 3.6k. But my belly/hips grow like crazy after 3k!

The not-so-great values are:
LYM. - 43.3% (15-40)
MCV - 100.2 fl (81 - 94)
MCHC - 281 g/l (310-350)
THR - 149 m/mm^3 (140-340)
Checked some of these.. MCV/MCHC has something to do with vitamin b12...
Tried Stronglifts for 5 months. After 3 months i got to:
- 87.5kg squats
- 40 kg overhead press
- 67.5kg bench press
- 105kg deadlift
- 60kg barbell
Could not get past this values, despite various deloads etc. It's basically my maximum.
Weird thing is.. at age of 18 i trained for only 2...
was at my docs today....
Basically he said the test is in "normal range", which is it according to paper and not regarding age.
After some debate he finally wrote up that i need to do some more tests... i remember him saying morning glucose and thyroid hormone test.

Basically, I'm pretty sure that Estrogen 'n low T is the issue. Gonna have to wait for the full blood panel I guess.

yeah i really screwed up that i didn't get my e2 tested.
Since i have some female attributes (legs, hips, fatty chest) it might be that my testosterone : estrogen ratio might be screwed up.
Anyway, I'll go to my doctor next week and try to get an appointment to an endocrinologist. It's supposed...
I wonder though... what the result would be like if i hadn't gone to High Fat (on it 6 months now..which in all studies raises testosterone levels) and on use erase for 4 weeks.
