    Keep the weight close to you. You may have long arms and starting point is awkward. Some people line up better.

    You can clean it up a bit im sure. Dont let him slip your mind into the eat like a pig and train. You get fat from over eating in one sitting and reeating to soon. Talking in to much **** your body doesnt truly process.

    You dont need them... focuse on the wrist. If your elbows hurting its pro tendonitis and you need rest. Bad spot to stop blood flow. Wrist can handle it , but you choke off inside of you biceps it will be worse. Tuffen up get some chalk and dig in raw!

    You almost cant beat seated overhead presses. If your that focused on the shoulders do them pyramid and power setted
