Get a strong one and you can really get good pressure. They make them in metal so id say the hell w anything plastic. They sell them so many styles. Id go for a strong one you can really wrench down on.
If your a bodybuilder id cut out movements likely to injure you. This one kicks us all in the ass to often and has a higher risk of throwibg you out of the game that being said if your body loves it and its beneficial....rock on!
