I'm not "new" here but I've been away for a few years and don't remember my old login info. I'm logging in because I need to search old postings to find my old blood work numbers. My old username is Tansui (Japanese for freshwater)

Hello everyone. Look forward to getting help and helping. I’m an O chemist and am looking to self improve my physical apperence. So I hope help can go both ways

I am not new but was asked to intro myself here. I did many havoc h-drol and epistane logs. I was in good shape but after extensive time out (5 years) I am more fluff than muscle. I feel bad about that but have no control on the past. My purpose here will be re-education, and planning for future lifting etc. It will be a very slow ramp up, even up to the low in-shape level.
