both def are worth it .. i dont think beta is totally necessary just for pre since it increases your carsonine levels
well i think it has more benefits if you split the dosage through out the day...
I don't need them unless they are playing some music that I don't care for. But that's pretty rare bc the 5am crowd where I go is pretty hardcore/deathcore lol
I havent been on urolithin B for while and restarted 4 caps per day (2, 2x per day) last week as part of my summer prep. Gym pumps and fullness throughout the day are awesome. Still cant figure...
It's amazing stuff. Running a longer cycle like last time. Had to by new polos last time and by mid summer will need to again the way things are progressing.
If your training and diet are dialed in I think you would be surprised what 4 caps of Urolithin B could do for you.

Never experienced that. Quite the opposite. I agree with others, most likely allergies. The pollen is absurd this year. Many coworkers report the same feeling. Sleep fine, but wake up with no energy.
